What we collect
When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide in your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry and, where a project is agreed, to manage that project. We do not add you to any mailing list or send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and, where a contract is formed, the performance of that contract.
Third parties
Enquiry submissions are handled via Web3Forms. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email hi@sidcupdigital.co.uk to exercise any of these rights.
